Per the Monroe County government website's Township of Clifton page, the Clerk is Mary Cook, 28003 Locust Ave, Wilton, WI 54670, phone (608) 463-7379. The Wisconsin DSPS UDC-delegated-municipalities list (Aug 19, 2026) lists the same Mary Cook as Clerk/municipal contact but with a different phone number, 608-427-6814, and email rvd@centurytel.net — both phone numbers are disclosed here as a hedge since they could not be reconciled (possibly a home vs. mobile line, or one source is outdated); the email is taken from the DSPS listing since the county page did not provide one.
